The moment I entered the hotel, the room complexity stood out. The layout offered a quiet escape with double doors separating the amenities from the bedroom area, a nice touch for added privacy. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the bathroom had designer tiles from Valentino, which was a pleasant surprise. Located very close to Old Town, the hotel was conveniently accessible without navigating through the ZTL area. I parked for free right outside. The evening front desk staff member was exceptional—quick to fulfill my request for an extra luggage stand and always greeted me with a smile. On the downside, the Wifi in my room struggled, which was annoying as I had to rely on mobile data. Also, I felt a bit awkward during breakfast being the only one not dressed in business attire, and it would help if receptionists informed catering staff about guests who paid for breakfast. The parking situation in the attached garage could be improved. It required returning to the hotel for an exit ticket each time, and it lacked reserved spots, which meant I sometimes searched for a space. Despite these issues, the tranquil atmosphere and helpful staff made for an enjoyable stay.

The location was excellent, close to Trento's center, making walks to attractions super easy. Our room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the kids loved the variety. We had a memorable time exploring nearby spots like Monte Bondone.
